Job Summary
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: KNOWLEDGE OF: Safety and sanitation procedure related to food preparation and serving. Care and use of standard food service equipment. Method of quantity food preparation, serving and storage is desirable. Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy.
ABILITY TO: Cashier and to complete daily records. Follow oral and/or written instructions. Learn and follow health and sanitation requirements. Maintain food service equipment and areas in a clean and sanitary condition. Meet schedules and time lines. Maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted during the performance of required duties.
