What is a student leadership assistant?

Student Leadership Assistants are students employed by colleges or universities to support leadership development programs on campus. They often help organize events, facilitate workshops, mentor peers, and promote student engagement in leadership opportunities. Their role is to foster a positive campus environment and encourage other students to develop valuable leadership skills. Student Leadership Assistants also serve as resources for campus organizations and may assist in administrative tasks related to student life.
