Job Summary:
CSUSB Latino Alumni Chapter is seeking an undergraduate student assistant for the Office of Institutional Research & Analytics. The role involves supporting projects that leverage AI and machine learning to analyze survey data, requiring basic Python skills and a strong interest in AI/ML models.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support projects focused on leveraging AI and machine learning, including LLM, to analyze survey data.
โ€ข Applying AI techniques to data sets, enhancing web interfaces, and actively participating in a dynamic, innovative team environment.
โ€ข Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Ability to learn and perform assigned work; follow oral instructions; work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and other students; communicate effectively with all levels; and read and write English at a level appropriate to the position.
โ€ข Special Qualification: Admission or registration as a CSU student.
โ€ข As a Bridge Student Assistant, the student need not be registered as a student, but must have been enrolled as a CSU student the previous term and is registered for the following term.
โ€ข Maintain a 2.0 G.P.A. or greater per semester and cumulative.
โ€ข Students must be enrolled in at least halftime units at CSUSB (6 units undergraduate; 3 units graduate)
โ€ข International students must have full-time enrollment at CSUSB. (12 units undergraduate; 6 units graduate)
โ€ข Eligible to work in the United States
โ€ข Payroll Requirement: Social Security Card

โ€ข Must be able to work at least 2-3 days out of the work week (Monday - Friday)
