Collaboration usually involves attending team meetings, participating in brainstorming sessions, and contributing to group assignments. Interns are encouraged to ask questions, seek feedback, and network with colleagues to learn from their experience. This interactive environment helps interns develop communication skills, adapt quickly to professional settings, and build valuable relationships that can support future career growth.
