Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Federal Way, Washington (Only Locals)

Pay Rate: $ 2,200 to $ 2,400 /Week

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Experience: Occupational Therapist experience preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 42-week school-based contract opportunity in Federal Way, Washington. In this role, you will provide individualized occupational therapy services to students, helping them develop the skills needed to succeed academically and independently within the school environment.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate students and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

  • Provide therapy services to improve fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and treatment records.

  • Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with school and state regulations.

Requirements
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License required.

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
