Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and healthcare providers, to develop comprehensive care strategies around student well-being.
  • Regularly assess treatment outcomes, adapting therapeutic approaches based on efficacy and patient progress.
  • Stay current with advancements in mental health research and methodologies, integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information, ensuring trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health support to students within diverse school environments, addressing a range of issues from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges and emotional disturbances. By adopting a culturally informed approach, you will create safe spaces for students to express themselves, ensuring interventions are aligned with their unique experiences and cultural contexts.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits
