Job description

Title: Marketing - Front Desk Clerk
Job Description
The Front Desk Clerk serves as a front-of-house point of contact. This position will interact with guests/workers/students as they enter and exit through the lobby, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service. This role is pivotal in helping to maintain smooth studio operations and providing administrative support to our talented team.
*This job will have consistent set scheduled hours. No late night or weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Direct and assist Studio 48 occupants as needed.
  • Receive anticipated deliveries.
  • Ensure main points of entry are secured and locked upon departure.
  • Alert fulltime staff to pressing/ urgent concerns regarding the studio space.
  • Assist in the flow of communication between production teams/ staff.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to self-motivate through slower work sessions.
  • Ability to work both independently and in groups.

Education:
Grand Canyon Education is committed to a student first policy.Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:
  • Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor's program or Master's program.
  • Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
  • Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.

Employees who fall below the minimum requirements may be subject to termination.
Pay Rate: Minimum Wage
Expected End Date: April 23rd, 2027
