The Friday and Saturday Front Desk Coordinator experience:
Responsibilities
  • Graciouslywelcome parents and students when they arrive at the office.
  • Answerthe phone to take messages for the Office Manager or Director to attend toduring the following day. Check email periodically for anyscheduling-related emails that come in during the evenings and/orweekends; update academic coaches on time-sensitive changes to theirschedules.
  • Assistthe Office Manager or Director with administrative tasks, includingkeeping the office organized and clean and maintaining inventory of ourtextbooks, supplies, and snacks; ensuring that the office is tidy at theend of each day; completing light cleaning as needed (such as wiping downdesks, vacuuming, emptying trash bins).
  • Updatespreadsheets as needed to track student hours/attendance.
  • Checkthe weekly session calendar on our scheduling system to ensure no doublebookings for clients or Academic Coaches. Utilize scheduling software toupdate Coach calendars to reflect any time-sensitive changes.
  • Assemblewelcome bags/gift bags for new students and/or for special occasions suchas holidays or before major tests.
  • Proctorpractice ACT, SAT, and/or ISEE exams on Saturday mornings during theschool year; grade and scan tests.
  • Assistwith The Enrichery's social media posts by providing photos/content asrequested.
Requirements
  • Friendlydemeanor with strong communication skills; comfortable talking to clientson the phone.
  • Exceptionaltime management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail andability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Abilityto commit to working every Friday and Saturday.
  • Reliabletransportation.
  • Availability:
    • Fridaysfrom 2 pm - 8 pm
    • Saturdaysfrom 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
