Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide direct and indirect administrative support to the Early College Programs department. This is accomplished by:
• Handling incoming calls and greeting students and visitors as needed
• Maintaining the filling system
• Updating paperwork and maintaining documents
• Assisting with scanning
• Maintaining and entering information in the student database
• Processing student requests
• Maintaining office common areas and performing other general office duties
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalency.
Three (3) months experience in an office setting.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Platform (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Higher Education.
