The University of Utah Department of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training is looking for two Doctoral of Physical Therapy students in the first year for a 3-year appointment to collect digital media and maintain a repository of information regarding current events for department marketing use. During any St George group activities or social events, student will help to document the activities with photos and videos. Students will work closely with the Marketing Lead to assist with collecting and organizing digital content to be used for social media on Department pages. Some social media experience is preferred, but not required.
This job requires students to be eligible for and have accepted federal Work-Study funds.

Responsibilities
Students are required to be available for all campus activities and communicate with the other student computer / IT assistants about documenting the event. Though the St. George pathway director is the direct supervisor, students will communicate about assigned activities and collaborate with the Department Marketing Lead to understand content needs and priorities of the program/pathway.
. Tasks include, but are not limited to,
Collect, create, upload, and organize user-generated content showing the department activities,
achievements, events, research, and more.
Support the development of marketing materials by ensuring all photos, videos, graphics,
copywriting, and additional content are stored and organized in the shared drive.
Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Lead, including other tasks as assigned.

Preferences
Must be accepted to or enrolled in the Doctoral of Physical Therapy program - St George Pathway.
