The Tennessee High School Press Association is part of the School of Communication. It serves high-school newspaper, yearbook, magazine and broadcast staffs across Tennessee

The Student Assistant helps the director plan and host the annual Fall Workshops and spring Awards Day. The position involves communication with high-school advisers across the state (including social media) and database management. The Student Assistant serves as a liaison between THSPA and other offices on campus, such as Event Management and Entertainment and Technical Services. The position requires clerical and postal/shipping duties as well. Must be a current Lipscomb University Student.
