Job Details:
Purpose
The Student Assistant works within the Department of Finance to support tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to: front office support (copying, organizing, electronic filing), and support administrative operations as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be a University of Texas at Austin student, enrolled for at least 6 credit hours.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in a working environment
  • Working knowledge of standard office machines including computers, printer and scanner
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of general administrative duties.

Hourly Rate
  • $15

Working Conditions
  • May work around standard office conditions
  • Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation
  • Work performed during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM)
