Job description

THIS IS FOR CURRENT MNU STUDENTS ONLY
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist students and constituents as they come in the office
  • Answer front desk main office line
  • Filing
  • Copying
  • Shredding
  • Scanning records into database
  • Sorting and inventory of graduation related supplies
  • Restocking printer paper, forms, and other items as needed
  • Process address checks and changes of addresses
  • Complete and mail verifications of enrollment
  • Processing special postal mailings
  • Transcript order processing as needed
  • Light office cleaning (disinfect counters, vacuum, empty trash, etc.)
  • Abide by FERPA federal law regarding the release of confidential student information related to academic records
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good customer service skills (face-to-face and telephone)
  • Availability during office hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
