The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in planning practices, developing athletes, implementing game strategies, and maintaining discipline and safety. Strong communication skills, a servant's heart, and a passion for mentoring students in their spiritual journey are essential.
The Assistant Coach is expected to collaborate with faculty, families, and church partners to build a unified community rooted in faith, integrity, and respect.
