Job description

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire both part-time and full-time Special Education Therapeutic Aides. Are you passionate about helping all students reach their potential?     • Instructional Support: Offering instructional services to students under the direct supervision of a teacher.
    • Behavior Management: Assisting students in maintaining appropriate behavior by implementing behavior intervention plans and de-escalating undesirable behaviors.

    • Personal Care: Providing toileting, feeding, and other personal care assistance to students with physical disabilities.

    • Ensure that the student is always in a safe and positive environment.
