Objective of Position: To perform quality construction carpentry as required at the job site.

- Lead and supervise concrete finishing crews to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute concrete forms, rebar installation, and finishing details accurately.
- Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, concrete mixers, pumps, heavy equipment, and other machinery essential for concrete placement and finishing.
- Oversee rebar installation, metal stud framing, masonry work, and other related tasks such as stucco, plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry to support structural integrity.
- Ensure proper use of safety protocols on-site; conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with OSHA standards.
- Accountability to take your work from an idea to a full completed project with excellence in mind for yourself and your team members.
- Coordinate with project managers to estimate material needs, order supplies like concrete forms or flooring materials, and manage schedules effectively.
- Perform quality control checks during all phases of concrete pouring and finishing; address issues promptly to maintain high standards. Experience
- Proven experience in construction site roles with a focus on concrete finishing or related trades such as masonry or carpentry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including concrete mixers, pumps, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and schematics reading.
- Skilled in rebar installation, concrete forming techniques, flooring installation, tile laying, roofing basics, restoration work, and heavy lifting.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics to interpret project plans accurately.
- Ability to operate a vehicle to manage team to job site if necessary.
