Position Overview

The Stucco Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, managing crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on stucco experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage daily and weekly work schedules
  • Supervise, lead, and mentor field crews
  • Oversee all production-related job site activities
  • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and layouts
  • Ensure work meets company quality standards and building codes
  • Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Order materials and manage job site logistics
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and project partners
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively
Required Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of stucco systems and related trades
  • Proven experience in residential and/or commercial stucco construction

  • Ability to manage multiple crews and deadlines
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs
  • Field experience required (affects compensation level)
