Job description

  • Download manufacturer revisions to Compliance Smartsheet and identify each individual change
  • Review and analyze incoming internal PCRs
  • Pre-revision meetings with fleet leadership teams/SMEs, QA/Compliance, Line Ops, etc. to review proposals for:
  • Internal PCRs
  • Manufacturer revisions
  • Create Standard Text (STSC) proposals, hold pre-STSC Airbus/Boeing meetings for consensus, and present changes in STSC.
  • Prepare and submit Safety Risk Assessments (SRA)
  • Work in conjunction with Technical Writer (TW) on all proposed changes
  • Provide quality check and approval at change level
  • Conduct fleet meeting to gain approval for revision
  • Help with creating of Fleet Bulletins (FBs) and All Pilot Bulletins (APBs)
  • Assist with Student Guide and OE Guide revisions

Timeframe:
  • 30-40 hrs pr week
  • Ability to extend past one-year project commitment
  • This role works on an "as needed" basis, this is a part-time position.
