What are the typical daily responsibilities of someone working in a Stryker Navigation role?

Professionals in Stryker Navigation roles are responsible for providing technical support in operating rooms, ensuring accurate setup, calibration, and operation of Stryker's surgical navigation systems. Their day often includes collaborating closely with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to facilitate procedures, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide on-the-spot training or guidance. They may also assist with product demonstrations, device maintenance, and documentation of usage and performance data. Because this role is critical to successful surgical outcomes, adaptability, quick thinking, and a service-oriented approach are highly valued.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Stryker Navigation position, and why are they important?

To thrive in a Stryker Navigation role, you need a solid understanding of surgical navigation systems, strong technical aptitude, and familiarity with operating room protocols, typically backed by a clinical, biomedical, or engineering background.
