QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Admitted to practice in the State of FL
  • 2 to 6 years of First-Party Property Litigation experience
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid research abilities and written and oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, ability to self-manage and work in a team environment
  • Actively review files and complete settlement analysis
  • Extensive legal research experience and drafting memos and appeals
  • Experience handling court appearances and depositions
