A nationally recognized outpatient behavioral health organization is seeking Board-Certified Psychiatrists (Adult or Child & Adolescent) to join its growing team across multiple clinic locations. Psychiatrist – Adult or Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

Multiple locations available

Outpatient-focused, evaluation-driven practice

Role Overview

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management

Conduct in-depth initial assessments incorporating clinical interviews, labs, and imaging data

Develop personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans

Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model

Maintain high standards of patient-centered care across a diverse population

Patient Volume & Structure

Initial evaluations:

  • Approximately 2-hour scheduled appointments
  • ~90 minutes face-to-face patient time (remaining time for preparation and documentation)

Daily patient volume varies based on provider preference and schedule design:

  • Early ramp: 1–3 new patients per day
  • Established schedule: mix of 1–2 new evaluations and 4–8 follow-ups

Flexible scheduling models:
