We are seeking an Experienced Structured Cabling Estimator for a full-time, on-site role based in Clearwater, FL. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for structured cabling projects. Key responsibilities include reviewing project plans and specifications, assessing material and labor costs, collaborating with project managers and other team members, communicating with vendors and subcontractors for pricing, and delivering competitive and comprehensive proposals.

This role requires a strong focus on ensuring cost-effective project completion, meeting client requirements, and adhering to project deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to develop accurate estimates

  • Analyze project scope and determine required materials, labor, and equipment

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for structured cabling projects

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to gather pricing and technical information

  • Evaluate opportunities to improve project cost efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance

  • Ensure estimates align with client requirements, project timelines, and company standards

  • Maintain organized documentation and track multiple bid opportunities simultaneously

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in analyzing project drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
