Position Summary:
The Senior Manager Project Manger is responsible for designing, leading, and continuously improving the way OsecoElfab delivers customer-driven, engineered-to-order projects across the US and UK. This role owns the project delivery framework-processes, tools, governance, and cross-functional coordination-while also managing a portfolio of strategic customer projects as a hands-on Project Manager.
This leader ensures that projects move seamlessly through Sales, Engineering, Planning, Operations, and Quality, delivering on customer requirements with precision, speed, and exceptional communication. The Senior Manager of Project Operations plays a critical role in strengthening OsecoElfab's reputation for reliability, responsiveness, and technical excellence.
In addition to the outlined responsibilities, all employees are expected to consistently uphold and embody our company's core values and behaviours in their daily work, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
Project Delivery Leadership
  • Own and continuously improve the global project delivery process, including workflows, stage gates, documentation, and governance.
  • Ensure consistent execution of customer-driven projects across Tulsa, the UK, and other global sites.
  • Develop and maintain project KPIs (OTD, cycle time, margin performance, customer satisfaction) and drive accountability across functions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to resolve bottlenecks, improve throughput, and enhance cross-functional alignment.

Hands-On Project Management
  • Manage a portfolio of complex, high-visibility customer projects from order acceptance through shipment.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for project scope, schedule, communication, and risk management.
  • Coordinate engineering deliverables, production schedules, testing, and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure projects meet technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and mentor Project Coordinators, assigned Project Managers, or cross-functional project contributors (depending on structure).
  • Build capability in project planning, communication, risk management, and customer engagement.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Process, Systems & Tools
  • Implement and optimize project management tools (Click-Up, ERP, CRM, dashboards, templates, workflows).
  • Standardize documentation, communication protocols, and customer-facing project materials.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in project planning, scheduling, and change control.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a senior escalation point for customer project issues.
  • Support Sales and Marketing with project insights, feasibility assessments, and customer communication strategies.
  • Represent Project Operations in cross-functional leadership forums.
