Job description

Locations: North Carolina & South Carolina (Multiple Utility-Scale Solar Projects)
Job Type: Full-Time, Project-Based


We are scaling up operations for two major utility-scale solar construction projects in North Carolina and South Carolina. We are establishing a combined talent pool to staff both sites immediately and are accepting applications for both experienced Electricians and motivated Helpers/Laborers.


Electrician

What You’ll Do:
Install, terminate, and test DC and AC electrical systems, combiners, inverters, and
switchgear.
Run, bend, and route conduit (EMT, PVC, Rigid) and manage heavy cable pulls.
Ensure all field wiring complies with project blueprints, schematics, and NEC regulations.
Provide leadership and safety mentorship to helpers on your crew.

Other duties as assigned


What You Bring:
Background in industrial, commercial, or utility-scale electrical experience (Solar/PV experience is heavily preferred).
Skills: Strong blueprint reading skills, mechanical proficiency, and deep knowledge of electrical safety standards.
Requirements: Must have your own standard hand tools of the trade. Valid driver’s license preferred.


Laborer/Helper

What You’ll Do:

Assist electricians with daily layout, material staging, and tool management.
Help mount solar modules, secure racking, and run string wiring/cabling under supervision.
Learn the fundamentals of trenching, pulling wire, and cutting/bending conduit.
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace across the job site.

Other duties as assigned.
