Job description

Job Summary:
Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking a Data Center Resiliency Manager responsible for ensuring the resilience and risk reduction of critical systems. This role involves collaboration with Data Center Operations and Disaster Recovery functions to enhance resiliency across the company’s data centers.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the IT team responsible for the management of the company’s onsite data center/computer room and offsite co-location installations
• Work closely with local facilities personnel and offsite co-location vendors
• Oversee data center operations incident, change, and request ticket queues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy appropriate DR or protection solutions
• Manage disaster recovery exercises and ensure resiliency against disasters
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10 years overall IT experience
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent professional experience can be used as a substitute
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A thorough understanding of structured cabling design and distribution
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred:
• Advanced MS Suite skills. ServiceNow and SharePoint a plus
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments is a plus (AWS, Azure & Google Cloud)
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
