Job description

BRAVAS is the nation's #1 luxury home technology integrator. We design and install premium smart home experiences including lighting, shades, A/V, networking, and smart home automation for some of the most spectacular homes in America. We're growing, and we're looking for a Lead Smart Home Technician in Naples, FL to help us raise the bar.
The Role:
You'll lead residential pre-wire, trim-out, programming, and service across luxury job sites in Naples. You'll mentor junior techs, coordinate with project managers and trades, and set the quality standard from rough-in through final commissioning.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead pre-wire, trim-out, and installation on luxury residential projects
  • Program and configure control systems, networks, cameras, and NVRs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service issues with a client-first mindset
  • Install and calibrate A/V systems, in-wall/ceiling speakers, and structured cabling (CAT5/6, coax)
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact; coordinating trades and communicating with clients
  • Mentor junior technicians and model best practices
  • Maintain job documentation and daily updates in project management software
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Residential Installation and Service experience
  • Strong Programming skills with control systems and Residential AV
    • Control 4, Savant, Lutron, Crestron, and more
  • Ability to read residential construction plans and blueprints
  • Professional communication skills
    • Comfortable with homeowners, builders, and designers
  • Valid driver's license, clean record, and ability to pass a background check
  • Low-voltage or security license a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, work in tight spaces and at heights, and handle varying outdoor conditions.Bravas Benefits:
