Job Title: Lead Structured Cabling Technician

Pay: $21.97 – $32.00 per hour

Position Overview

Braman Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Structured Cabling Technician to join our growing telecommunications team. The ideal candidate will be BICSI certified with a strong background in designing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining structured cabling systems.

This leadership role is perfect for a motivated professional who enjoys mentoring team members, managing projects in the field, and delivering high-quality telecommunications solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of structured cabling systems
  • Design and implement structured cabling solutions for a variety of projects
  • Ensure installations comply with industry standards and best practices
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements
  • Supervise, mentor, and train junior technicians
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure project success
  • Maintain accurate documentation for installations and system configurations
  • Perform inspections and testing to ensure optimal system performance
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and standards

Qualifications

  • BICSI Certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of structured cabling experience
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices
