Will Listen Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote role allows for a flexible work-life balance while you provide essential therapeutic support to clients facing various emotional and relational challenges. You will work from our outpatient office located in Bellevue, Washington, but the flexibility of remote work enables you to connect with individuals and families across diverse backgrounds and circumstances.

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions to address clients' unique challenges and emotional needs.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and continuously monitor client progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including social workers and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Foster a supportive and structured therapeutic environment, providing clarity and consistency to clients as they navigate their journeys toward healing.

As an LMFT at Will Listen Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population that includes both individuals and families facing a variety of life transitions, relationship conflicts, and emotional health issues. Your role will be crucial in helping clients develop resilience, insight, and effective coping strategies to improve their well-being. You will encounter cases that range from anxiety and depression to complex family dynamics, allowing you to apply your skills and knowledge effectively.

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Washington.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A solid understanding of various therapeutic frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating clarity and respect in all interactions.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing counseling and therapy services.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering therapeutic interventions across diverse populations, with an understanding of various cultural and socioeconomic factors influencing mental health.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms in client care.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes a full suite of health insurance options, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
