Build Something That Lasts

Are you a skilled welder who takes pride in producing high-quality work? We're looking for a Structural Welder to join our team and play a critical role in fabricating structural steel components that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

In this position, you'll work from fabrication drawings and approved welding procedures to create strong, precise welds that help bring complex projects to life. You'll collaborate with fitters, supervisors, and quality personnel in a fast-paced fabrication shop environment where your expertise and attention to detail make a difference every day.

What You'll Do
  • Weld structural steel components in accordance with approved welding procedures (WPS), fabrication drawings, and quality standards.
  • Produce clean, accurate, and structurally sound welds using FCAW and GMAW processes.
  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and project specifications.
  • Verify proper fit-up, joint preparation, and weld quality prior to welding.
  • Operate grinders, torches, and other fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 3 years of structural welding experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and welding procedures.
  • Proficiency in FCAW and GMAW welding processes; GTAW experience is a plus.
