Job description

DuBois & King, Inc is seeking a Sr. Structural Engineer with approximately 15+ years of experience. This is a full time senior engineering position in our busy and growing Structural Engineering Group. Our markets include commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, recreational, and government projects throughout New England.

Responsibilities  

  • Responsible for project management, project development, planning, business development, client management, and financial performance.  

  • Requires strong and proactive communication skills with clients, management, and coworkers.  

  • Have the ability to supervise and mentor staff.  

  • Work also includes coordination with D&K’s in-house mechanical, electrical, and civil/site engineering staff. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil or structural engineering  

  • AutoCAD and Revit proficiency required and comfortable with engineering design software.  

  • Current PE License in VT or NH or ability to obtain within 6-12 months is preferred  

Compensation Range

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000, plus employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
