Nous recrutons un(e) Chef de projet (PM) pour rejoindre une equipe hautement experimentee. Poste : Temps plein, permanent Mode : Sur site Salaire : Selon l'experience (jusqu'a 90 000 $) RESPONSABILITES La personne retenue travaillera directement avec l'equipe de direction sur la circulation de l'information a l'interne, vers le client et les sous-traitants.

Le/la PM doit etre un(e) joueur/joueuse d'equipe tres motive(e), axe(e) sur les resultats, pret(e) a consacrer le temps et l'attention necessaires pour assurer la reussite des projets. Responsabilites principales : Gerer l'ensemble des fonctions et etapes du cycle de vie du projet. Coordonner avec les responsables de production pour les dessins d'atelier et la fabrication.

Coordonner avec l'acheteur pour l'achat de tous les materiaux. Coordonner avec le/la gestionnaire de bureau pour toute la documentation contractuelle et de projet. Coordonner toutes les interactions avec les PM et contremaitres de l'entrepreneur general.

Coordonner l'installation et veiller au respect des echeanciers. COMPETENCES Le/la candidat(e) doit posseder : Une excellente comprehension de l'industrie de la construction et de la gestion de projet, ainsi qu'une excellente comprehension des projets en metaux ouvres et en acier de structure. La capacite de lire, comprendre et interpreter les plans architecturaux et structuraux afin d'effectuer les quantitatifs, les estimations et de preparer les dessins d'atelier.

Une solide comprehension des methodes, pratiques et materiaux actuels en construction. La connaissance des codes et normes applicables a l'acier de structure et aux metaux ouvres. Une connaissance fonctionnelle d'AutoCAD (atout).

Une connaissance des outils Microsoft Office. PROFIL Le/la candidat(e) doit : Avoir d'excellentes competences en communication. Etre bilingue francais/anglais.

Avoir d'excellentes aptitudes de planification et d'organisation. Etre hautement motive(e), proactif(ve) et pret(e) a relever de nouveaux defis. Avoir une experience directe en gestion de projets de metaux ouvres et d'acier de structure, soit chez un sous-traitant specialise, soit chez un entrepreneur general.

FORMATION / EXPERIENCE Formation universitaire (baccalaureat) preferee. Une formation postsecondaire combinee a une experience directe du secteur sera consideree. Minimum de 5 ans d'experience dans l'industrie de la construction.

RESPONSIBILLITIES The candidate will work directly with the management team on the flow of information internally, to the client, and to subcontractors. The PM must be a highly motivated team player and goal-oriented individual that is willing to put the time and attention required to ensure the success of the projects. Primary responsibilities include: - Manage all functions and steps of the project life cycle.

- Coordinating with the Production Managers for all shop drawings and fabrication. - Coordinate with the buyer for the purchase of all materials. - Coordinating with the Office Manager for all contract and project documentation.

- Coordinating all interactions with the General Contractor's PM's and foremen. - Coordinating installation and ensuring that projects are completed on time. SKILLS The candidate must have: - An excellent understanding of the construction industry and project management.
