Marcelli Steel, a trusted and expanding steel contractor serving New England and the Tri-State region for over 15 years, is seeking a skilled & motivated Structural Steel Ironworkers and Fabricator / Fitters to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Read & interpret blueprints, detailed shop drawings & specifications to determine the layout of structural pieces.
  • Calculate material measurements & verify the alignment and dimensions of structural parts.
  • Fabricate & Assemble Steel Components to meet project specifications.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications:

  • Experience in structural steel fabrication / fitting, welding, and/or manufacturing (min. 1 year preferred).
  • Familiarity with welding tools procedures (CNC Plasma cutter knowledge a plus, but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in fitting & measuring.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Capable of lifting heavy materials as required (over 50#) and working in a physically demanding environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and commitment to safety.
  • Must have valid proof of US Work Authorization.
