Join Liberty Aluminum Co. as a Lead Installer. We are Southwest Florida’s premier aluminum specialty contractor. Manage high quality screen enclosure installations for construction projects.  This includes pool cages, lanais, front entries, and condo screen walls. We hire direct W-2 employees only, not subcontractors.

  • Quality Control: Conduct final visual inspections to ensure superior craftsmanship.

Position Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Strong background in aluminum enclosure installation
  • Technical Skill: Mastery of specialized hand and power tools for screen enclosure framing.
  • Physical Capability: Comfortable working at heights, using ladders, and lifting heavy materials.
  • Logistics & Compliance: Valid, insurable driver's license and accurate time/work order reporting.
  • Availability: Dependable schedule with flexibility to work 6 days a week during peak production times.
