Infinity Engineering Consultants is seeking candidates for a full-time Structural Engineer position for industrial, commercial, and municipal projects in the New Orleans area. Candidate must have a background in structural design and project management. Design subjects are mainly concrete and steel foundations and structures, including waterfront structures, industrial platforms, commercial buildings, small bridges, and equipment and piping supports.

Qualified candidates should have a BS or MS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, PE license required, 5+ years of engineering experience, great communication skills, a positive attitude, and the desire to excel.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Structural design, producing reports, detailed drawings, technical specifications, and other project deliverables.
  • Project Management, including tracking schedules and budgets.
  • Managing client relations.
  • Mentoring younger engineering staff.
