EVS is seeking a Structural Engineer to support the design and coordination of renewable energy and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing engineer who is ready to take greater ownership of structural calculations, drawing production, and cross-discipline collaboration while continuing to build technical depth.
You'll work alongside experienced structural engineers, contribute to high-impact projects, and play a key role in maintaining design accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Assist in the creation and revision of structural drawings, ensuring alignment with calculations and design intent.
  • Implement redline markups and conduct self-reviews prior to formal QA/QC processes.
  • Perform structural calculations related to foundation systems, structural loads, and geotechnical considerations.
  • Support refinement of structural modeling tools and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Coordinate with civil, electrical, and project management teams to ensure alignment of design requirements.
  • Provide technical input during project meetings and proactively communicate design challenges with proposed solutions.
  • Contribute to QA/QC processes to improve accuracy, reduce rework, and strengthen overall project delivery.
