A Structural Engineer Manager is a senior-level engineering professional who oversees teams of structural engineers in the design, analysis, and inspection of buildings, bridges, and other structures. Their responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes, mentoring junior engineers, and coordinating with other departments or clients. This role requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in structural engineering to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a structural engineer manager?

To thrive as a Structural Engineer Manager, you need a solid background in structural engineering principles, a relevant engineering degree, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
