As an Assistant Engineer on the Rail Structures team at Olsson, you will support a variety of routine engineering tasks that enhance your technical knowledge and familiarity with industry practices, tools, and team collaboration. Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Perform entry-level plan production with clearly defined instructions.
  • Gain experience working within design and modeling software.
  • Support senior staff with project schedules and technical engineering calculations.
  • Contribute to limited portions of broader projects under direct supervision.
