Position Overview
The Hospital Manager partners closely with the Medical Director and leadership team to ensure smooth hospital operations, strong team engagement, and an outstanding client and patient experience.
You will oversee administrative, financial, and personnel operations while empowering the team to deliver high-quality veterinary medicine every day.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily hospital operations and workflow efficiency
  • Hire, coach, mentor, and develop veterinary support staff
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture
  • Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and productivity
  • Oversee budgeting, inventory, and financial performance
