Stroke Neurologist

Vassar Brothers Medical Center

Poughkeepsie, New York

Northwell/Nuvance Health is seeking a full time BE/BC fellowship-trained Stroke Neurologist to join our expanding Neuroscience Program and clinical team at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in historic and diverse Poughkeepsie, NY (just 75 minutes north of New York City). Collaborate with a large multidisciplinary neuroscience team comprised of Neurosurgeons, Neurointerventionalists, Neurohospitalists, Neurologists, and mid-level professionals. The program offers clinical trials, research opportunities and a robust residency program supporting physicians looking to add those elements to their clinical practice.

Candidate Qualifications
  • M.D. Degree from an accredited institution (ACGME or equivalent)
  • Completion of an accredited neurology residency and stroke fellowship
  • Board Certified
  • Capable in both general & stroke neurology
  • Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a physician in the State of New York
