Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Wealth Advisor with a demonstrated track record of attracting, converting, and advising high net worth clients. We have been in business since 2007 and specialize in retirement planning, investment management and business planning to high-net-worth clients and business owners. What makes us different is that we are an independent investment firm that offers unique investment options that many other firms do not offer including Alternative Investments, Private Real Estate portfolios and access to world class Institutional Managers.
Position Details
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 base, target income $300,000
Status: Full time, 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities
Conversion of company provided leads and self-generated referrals into clients using our proven sales process
Onboarding new clients and overseeing asset transfers before transitioning relationships to the servicing team
Primary focus on client conversion and onboarding activities
Manage the financial planning process from start to finish utilizing eMoney Advisor and other planning tools
Guide the paraplanner team in plan preparation, portfolio design, and customized recommendations
Present financial and investment recommendations to clients
Conduct research related to assigned cases and participate in daily trading coordination and task review
Ensure compliance documentation and notation standards are met
Assist in development of marketing materials and other firm initiatives
Job Requirements
Minimum five years of financial planning experience in a client facing role
Verifiable history of new client conversion and onboarding success
Certified Financial Planner designation preferred
Life and Health Insurance license required
Bachelor's degree or higher
Strong knowledge of financial markets, economic and accounting principles, investments, insurance products, and financial planning regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Redtail CRM, Morningstar, eMoney, and VeoOne preferred
Professional consultative sales approach with strong organization, time management, and public speaking abilities
Ability to present complex financial concepts in clear, understandable language
Commitment to high ethical standards and fiduciary responsibility
