Schedule to be determined. Be prepared to work a flexible, 8-, 10-, or 12-hour schedule that will include off shifts and weekends.
Pay: $43.25 an hour

What You'll Be Doing:
- Install, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automated, and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to PLCs, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gauges and test equipment
- Conduct electrical planning, preventative maintenance, and programming for process logic control systems (PLC's) platforms, instrumentation, and human-machine interfaces (HMI)
- Install, repair, and calibrate electronic to pneumatic converters or pneumatic to electronic converters or a combination of both
- Repair electronic equipment instruments such as ultrasonic, radar, and other conventional level controls
- Repair electronic equipment instruments such as photo eyes, proximity controls, and associated equipment and controls
- Repair and calibrate temperature sensing instruments with capillary and bulb, instruments with thermocouple and electric output and resistive temperature detectors (RTD's)
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of equivalent experience programming, troubleshooting and repairing PLC's (Siemens PCS7/WinnCC,Rockwell/Allen Bradley) and distributive control systems
- Thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories and principles, writing specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipment
- High degree of precision working with minimum tolerances
- Comprehension of electrical schematics, blueprints, and P&ID drawing
- Experienced in different brands of variable frequency drives
- Experienced with maintenance, set-up, and calibration of all types of process instrumentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in electrical engineering technology, industrial technology, or journeyman instrument maintenance/electrical technician
- Experience in AutoCAD
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration
- AS-i/Profibus networks
