Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and organize special effects gear in the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track equipment movements.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to prepare and package equipment for events.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on special effects equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Transport equipment to show site locally as needed
  • Safely handle and transport pyrotechnics, lighting, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks for event setups and breakdowns.
  • Uphold strict safety standards and guidelines for the handling of special effects materials.


Qualifications:

  • Basic Warehouse Skills: Familiarity with general warehouse operations, such as receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory.
  • Mechanical Experience: Basic experience with electronics, small machine, HVAC, or electrical
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Safety Awareness: Commitment to strict safety standards and guidelines for handling special effects materials.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the operations team and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and transporting equipment 75+ lbs or more
