  • As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current Tennessee or compact state LPN license and be a graduate of a Practical Nursing program. Additional requirements include:
  • Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
  • Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  • Licenses: LPN license for the State of Tennessee
  • Education: Graduate of a Practical Nursing program
