• Participate in specimen collection and assist in preparing samples for analysis when required.
• Keep detailed documentation of all processes, mentor newcomers or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, accompanied by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) achieved within one year of hiring.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout employment is required.
