Description - Your Role

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-following established protocols meticulously.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and help uphold the highest laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
