Balsamroot Exteriors is expanding our presence throughout Spokane and the surrounding communities. We are hiring experienced and entry level marketing canvassers.  If you are a  motivated, energetic, outgoing individual looking to take control of your income, we will be a good match?

As a successful Field Canvassing Marketer, you must truly enjoy meeting new people and be able to work in a self-driven, and fast-paced environment.  Canvassers are the first point of contact with homeowners to market our exterior repair and remodeling products and services. Canvassers work outdoors within communities and meet with homeowners to build rapport, and schedule appointments for our estimations team. Canvassers are the homeowners’ first contact with our company and it’s critical to present Balsamroot Exteriors’ values and professionalism.

There is no requirement to close a sale, simply schedule a no obligation appointment with the homeowner to meet with a professional Balsamroot Exteriors LLC Representative.

Compensation:

·         $17.50 - $22.00/ hour base pay – based on experience

·         Uncapped commission bonus on scheduled appointments

·         Health / Medical insurance available

·         Paid Safe and Sick Leave

·         Flexible hours and scheduling

Job Responsibilities

As a Field Canvassing Marketing Representative, you will:

• Canvass residential neighborhoods, door to door, to introduce homeowners to Balsamroot Exteriors' products and services.
• Generate qualified leads by scheduling free no obligation consultations and estimates.
• Educate homeowners about our roofing, siding, window, decks, and gutter solutions.
• Distribute marketing materials throughout assigned neighborhoods.
• Track daily activities, appointments, and leads.
• Represent the company professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Help build brand awareness throughout Spokane and surrounding communities.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to walk several miles per day while working outdoors.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Possesses strong communication skills.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Be proficient at using a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and communication.
• Previous canvassing, sales, marketing, customer service, or door-to-door experience is a plus—but not required.  We provide training. S
