Job Specifics
  • Location: 1970 S Ridge Rd, Green Bay, WI 54304
  • Hours: 32 hours/week
  • FTE Status: 0.80 FTE, Full-Time
  • Work Schedule: Will be working Monday - Friday, in both the mornings and afternoons, Will be primarily working 10AM-6PM, but can work other times when work demands.

Job Description:
  • Primary responsibility will be to deliver Strength and Conditioning Services to Marinette High School, located at 2135 Pierce Ave, Marinette, WI 54143. Secondary responsibility will be to see clients, when appropriate, at Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine & Orthopedics.
  • Screens, assesses, designs, and delivers strength and conditioning and performance enhancement programming for individuals and teams that incorporate both athletic performance and injury prevention.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a strength and conditioning team.
  • Facilitates testing procedures which validates the effectiveness of programming.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in kinesiology, exercise science, health science, or related field required.
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)) and CPR attained within six months of hire; Corrective Exercise Specialist (National Academy Sports Medicine (NASM)) or related equivalent certification within two years of hire required.
  • Internship or previous work in related field with an emphasis on program design and implementation with athletes/populations preferred.
