Job Description:
We are seeking an AV/Tech Support professional for a short-term engagement focused on managing webcasts for Commission hearings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with audiovisual equipment and the ability to troubleshoot live streaming issues. This role requires on-site presence for approximately three days per week and involves monitoring and managing audiovisual components during hearings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage webcasts for Commission hearings, ensuring seamless audio and video quality.
  • Operate and troubleshoot streaming and audiovisual equipment during live events.
  • Manage virtual witnesses via Teams and telephone as needed.
  • Maintain a schedule that may vary in hours based on the number of hearings.
  • Collaborate with the SCC manager for planning and execution of webcasts.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in multicamera production or live event streaming.
  • 3+ years of experience with webcasting software.
  • 3+ years of experience with audiovisual equipment, including microphones and video cameras.
  • Experience with webcasting public meetings and hearings (desired but not mandatory).
