The Heartland Roadshow is expanding into live selling and looking for an energetic, sales-driven individual to help grow our presence on platforms like Whatnot.

We host live auction-style events featuring jewelry and coins, where customers engage and purchase in real time. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building a fast-growing sales channel from the ground up.


Job Summary

The Live Streaming Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales during live online events by presenting products, engaging with customers, and creating an exciting, high-energy buying experience.

You’ll play a key role in helping us grow our live-selling business by combining strong communication skills, sales ability, and real-time customer interaction.


Responsibilities
  • Participate in live sales events on platforms such as Whatnot
  • Present products in an engaging, persuasive, and high-energy manner
  • Interact with live viewers, answer questions, and encourage purchasing activity
  • Create urgency and excitement to maximize sales during live events
  • Prepare products for live shows (sorting, organizing, light research)
  • Maintain organization and accuracy when handling inventory
  • Collaborate with team members to improve show performance and sales strategy
  • Assist with other online sales channels (e.g., eBay) as needed
QualificationsRequired
  • Experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles OR
