Become a Key Player as a Value Stream Manager

You will lead a manufacturing value stream to drive safe, efficient, and profitable operations for the organization. You will partner with Value Stream Leaders, Process Engineering, Quality, and shop-floor teams to implement Lean strategies, manage P&L outcomes, and improve flow. Onsite (1st shift, 7:00am–3:30pm) in Glendale, AZ.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the value stream to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
  • Implement and sustain Lean/POP methods to increase productivity, reduce lead times, and cut operating costs
  • Own Value Stream P&L including cost analysis, margin improvement, PPV goals, and manufacturing productivity
  • Coordinate production control, establish manufacturing priorities, and synchronize activities with off-shift management and shipping
  • Create continuous product flow using pull systems and workload leveling where appropriate
  • Develop and manage Team Leaders, associates, and cross-training programs to ensure coverage and quality-first problem solving
  • Use PDCA, Tracking Centers, and Team Improvement Boards to drive continuous improvement and ensure standardized work and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with division staff to develop future-state value stream maps and manage implementation plans
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of progressive professional experience with leadership of projects and teams of considerable size, scope, and complexity
  • Experience with P&L ownership or financial accountability preferred
  • Background in manufacturing operations, inventory control, strategic planning, and basic accounting/PC skills
  • Demonstrated team-building and communication skills; ability to assess and develop individual and team capabilities
  • Experience with Lean process improvements and implementation
